These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PersonaBid (the "Service"), operated by Fine-Tuners LTD("we", "us", "our"). By uploading a report or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What PersonaBid does
PersonaBid analyses an Amazon Sponsored Products Search Term Report that you upload, classifies search terms into shopper personas using AI, and produces a report with suggested bid adjustments, ad-copy angles, and campaign guidance.
2. Recommendations are guidance, not guarantees
The report provides estimates and starting pointsbased on the data you upload. It is not professional, financial, or legal advice, and we do not guarantee any particular result, sales uplift, or reduction in advertising cost. You are solely responsible for any changes you make to your advertising campaigns. Amazon's auction dynamics, seasonality, and many other factors affect real-world outcomes.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must own, or have the right to use, the data you upload.
- You agree to provide accurate inputs (e.g. base bid, margin).
- You must not misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, scrape it, resell it, or use it unlawfully.
4. Payment
The report is offered for a one-time fee as displayed at checkout, processed securely by Stripe. Prices may change, but the price shown at the time of your purchase is the price you pay. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
We own all rights in the PersonaBid software, branding, and methodology. You own the report output generated for your own data and may use it for your own business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the Service or its output as a competing product.
6. Not affiliated with Amazon
PersonaBid is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. "Amazon" is a trademark of its respective owner.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the report giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost advertising spend. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
