This Privacy Policy explains how Fine-Tuners LTD("we", "us", "our"), the operator of PersonaBid, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use personabid.fine-tuners.com(the "Service"). We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. What we collect
- Your email address — so we can deliver your report and respond to support requests.
- Your uploaded report data — the Amazon Search Term Report you upload contains advertising performance data (search terms, impressions, clicks, spend, orders, ACOS). This is your own campaign data; it does not contain the personal data of third-party shoppers.
- Inputs you provide — product name, base bid, and profit margin used to generate your recommendations.
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Basic technical data — standard server logs (e.g. IP address, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use it
- To process your upload and generate your shopper-persona bid report.
- To email your report and respond to support enquiries.
- To take payment for the report.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
3. Legal basis (UK GDPR)
We process your data to perform our contract with you (delivering the report you paid for), and on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service. Where we send you optional marketing, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Sub-processors
We share data only with the service providers needed to run PersonaBid:

Where data is transferred outside the UK/EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data to anyone.
5. Data retention
We automatically delete your uploaded report data and generated report 30 days after your analysis. We keep a minimal record of your purchase (e.g. email and Stripe reference) for as long as required for accounting and legal obligations.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction or deletion of your data;
- Object to or restrict our processing;
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format;
- Withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

7. Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies required for the Service to function (e.g. session management). We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site — this collects anonymised usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and device type. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time via Google's opt-out tool.
8. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
